  • We’re seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Ambassador to join our team.
  • The Front Desk Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors. They will play a critical role in creating a great first impression.
  • In this role, the Front Desk Ambassador will be expected to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, while providing excellent customer service


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process clients, customers, and guests.
  • Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Read and send emails.
  • Collaborate with Executive Administrators daily.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with incoming executive deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Corporate interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities.
  • Competency in managing time and problem-solving.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
  • College degree preferred.
