- The Front Desk Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors. They will play a critical role in creating a great first impression.
- In this role, the Front Desk Ambassador will be expected to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, while providing excellent customer service
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process clients, customers, and guests.
- Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Read and send emails.
- Collaborate with Executive Administrators daily.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with incoming executive deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Corporate interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and great organizational capabilities.
- Competency in managing time and problem-solving.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking ability.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
- College degree preferred.
