Role Description

This is a flex-time internship role at Carolina Legal Staffing. As a Recruiting Intern, you will assist with various tasks related to the recruitment process. This may include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating communication with candidates and clients, and providing support in training activities. This is a hybrid role that is primarily located in Charlotte, NC, but allows for some remote work flexibility.


Qualifications

  • Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with candidates and clients
  • Experience or knowledge of the legal industry is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related legal field
