AWS DevOps Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Architect to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS. In this role, you will work closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance scalability, and ensure the high availability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using industry best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Monitor and optimize AWS resources to ensure cost efficiency and performance.
• Define and implement DevOps best practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
• Develop and implement scalable, reliable, and high availability infrastructure architectures for applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in both production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior DevOps engineers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs, processes, and best practices.
• Stay current with AWS services and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in AWS DevOps roles.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud services and management.
• Design and manage AWS cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
