Position: Service Desk Analyst (Junior Systems Administrator)

Terms: Direct Hire

Location: On-Site in Irving, TX.

Salary: Up to $70,000 + Discretionary Bonus available at EOY.

What will your day look like?

  • Technical Support: Provide end-user hardware, software, and network support for the Irving, TX facility, as well as remote support for a secondary location.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Handle server maintenance, patching, and basic networking tasks such as cabling and tracing.
  • On-Call Rotation: Be part of the 24/7 support rotation to ensure business continuity during off-hours.


Who are you?

  • Experienced Support Professional: You have at least 2 years in IT support or service desk roles.
  • Technically Proficient: Skilled with Windows/Microsoft environments, Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and basic networking.
  • Growth-Oriented: Driven to advance toward a Systems Administrator role, with eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
