Our client a top tier financial services firm is seeking a Fixed Income Trade Support Associate to join their growing team. This role is hybrid in Midtown, NY.


Essential Job Duties:

- Manage and maintain static data security setup and creations for all fixed income products and systems.

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the treasury auction process and WI security setup/workflows.

- Provide support to traders, including trade entry and capture.

- Collaborate with trading and sales teams to resolve trade issues efficiently.

- Display strong knowledge of the trade life cycle, including netting procedures for fixed income products with DTCC.

- Monitor exception screens and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Respond to trade queries and assist in resolving DKs.

- Handle ad-hoc requests as necessary.


Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in fixed income support, with a focus on static data management.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in using BBG, ION, Helix, and Impact.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
