Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Information System Administrator at JSM. The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day system administration tasks related to the human resources information systems, managing and updating employee benefits information, as well as ensuring effective communication within the HR department and across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills, System Administration, and HRIS knowledge
  • Experience with employee benefits administration
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of relevant HR regulations and policies
  • Familiarity with payroll processes
  • Experience with HR software or HRIS implementation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
