As a Project Manager at X-Nav, your knowledge and expertise will immediately impact the development of products that enhance patient care. You’ll lead projects with the support of an all-star team of subject matter experts and developers in a vibrant, challenging, and fulfilling start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks and milestones
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Build, manage, and motivate the project team for maximum performance
- Delegate tasks to the appropriate team members
- Serve as the central point of contact for the project
- Provide project updates to stakeholders regarding progress and risks
- Analyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs to meet requirements
- Evaluate project efficiency and effectiveness, identify shortcomings, and implement improvements
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of project management and medical/dental product experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of design and development processes from concept to market launch
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Skilled in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the medical device industry and FDA regulations is a plus
