Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget
  • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks and milestones
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Build, manage, and motivate the project team for maximum performance
  • Delegate tasks to the appropriate team members
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the project
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders regarding progress and risks
  • Analyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs to meet requirements
  • Evaluate project efficiency and effectiveness, identify shortcomings, and implement improvements


Qualifications:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of project management and medical/dental product experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication
