Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Microsoft Project Service Administrator:
- 3-4 years experience configuring and implementing Microsoft Project Server and Project Online systems (PWA on premises and online).
- Experience with SQL Server, SharePoint, Project Server Reporting Services (integrated mode) and other related technologies.
- Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Project Server/Project Online (e.g., timesheets, permission levels, project key information).
- Experience creating and maintaining data structures in Project Server Reporting database.
- Competency in MS Project Online workflow or third-party workflow optimization / toolset like Power Automate or other system.
- Demonstrated ability to work with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Organization skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Skills for the Microsoft Project Service Administrator:
