What you will be doing as an Electrical Engineering Manager:
- Manage all aspects of electrical systems development, ensuring projects meet customer needs and company goals.
- Manage & Mentor Electrical Engineers on your team.
- Foster a collaborative environment, provide daily oversight, delegate tasks, and empower your team's success.
- Be the Product Development Champion with integration of electrical components & systems seamlessly, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Provide Technical Expertise by Leverage your electrical engineering and manufacturing experience to solve complex challenges.
- Manage Regulatory Compliance and ensure adherence to FMVSS and DOT regulations for safe and reliable vehicle operation.
What you will need as an Electrical Engineering Manager:
- A degreed Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of leading electrical engineering teams.
- 7 years managing Electrical Engineering teams.
- A problem-solver with expertise in A3, 8D, or similar methodologies.
- A technical communicator, adept at conveying complex ideas verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A safety-conscious individual committed to a behavioral-based safety approach.
