Position overview

The Account Service and Operations Associate role encompasses more than just managing phone calls and processing orders. You'll oversee the end-to-end supply chain in NAVISION, preparing, organizing, and recording data from emails and internal systems. Additionally, you'll analyze documents, resolve processing issues, and ensure the accuracy of enrollments. It's a dynamic role requiring attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational efficiency. Some of the key responsibilities include the following:


·      Be the main contact for Regional Managers, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.

·      Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with your network by understanding their needs and providing timely assistance.

·      Facilitate clear communication with Regional Managers to ensure clarity and understanding of services and products.

·      Follow up with your network (RM’s, Sales Reps, Distributors, Hospitals), to ensure that issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

·      Serve as a liaison, providing accurate and efficient assistance for product/services inquiries and problem-solving.

·      Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with the needs of each party in the network.

·      Entering new distributors and hospitals, processing orders, invoicing and perform ad-hoc tasks in Navision.


Qualifications

·      Minimum 2 years of solid experience in Navision (Microsoft ERP).

·      Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.

·      Ability to work onsite (Needham office) at least 3x a week.

·      Proficient in Excel.

·      Knowledge in Power BI (desirable not mandatory).


The position requires proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. In addition to this, the role entails a range of responsibilities that require problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. It necessitates being adaptable to a dynamic work environment characterized by a rapid pace. Successful performance in this role hinges on the capacity to multitask efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time effectively.
