Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee every aspect of property operations, from leasing and maintenance to financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
  • Coach and support team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Actively engage in community outreach and promote positive resident relations


Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of property management experience, ideally in Class C properties
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and training teams
  • Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and develop new processes
