The Information Technology Support Specialist provides professional IT service and support to associates of Heatherwood as part of a small, in-house team. This individual is the primary resource for all support requests and escalates issues as needed. The ideal candidate brings positive, proactive enthusiasm for helping people and solving problems.



Role Responsibilities:

  • 80% of the time spent will be resolving and documenting technical issues in support tickets via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Coordinate vendors to perform work at our properties and follow up.
  • Order, configure, and deploy workstations.
  • Provide employee onboarding and offboarding support.
  • Create and update documentation with known solutions to common issues.



Requirements

  • Minimum one-year work experience in a professional IT services environment.
  • Strong social and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with IT team.
  • Provide own transportation to and corporate office and Heatherwood properties.



Preferred Technical Experience:

  • Helpdesk system administration
  • Microsoft Windows, Office, and M365 experience.
