Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: A successful track record as a data engineer with 5+ years of experience, demonstrating expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing, particularly in the pharmaceutical research space.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, DBT, Python (PySpark), or other relevant programming languages, along with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance that aligns with Atlas' values.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for client stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: A keen understanding of business processes and objectives, with the ability to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities in a client-focused environment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for solving complex problems, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions that drive client success.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
