This role calls for a sharp, proactive professional who thrives on managing complex financial tasks and delivering insightful financial reports designed specifically for C-suite decision-makers—not just accountants.


Your financial acumen will directly contribute to the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives and overall business growth.


You will manage the finance for Rudys main brand doing around ten million per year, and his 4-5 sub celebrity brands with iconic famous A list celebs, doing a few million per year.


--- OVERVIEW ---


As our Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial operations across our five sub-brands, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial systems. You'll manage everything from daily transactions to end-of-month reports, providing the financial insights that drive our business forward. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between finance, marketing, and sales, helping to shape the strategic direction of the company.


--- MAIN ROLE OVERVIEW: ---


- Vendor and Invoice Management: Handle payments for over 50 contractors monthly and review upwards of 150 invoices, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.


- Audit and Oversight: Closely monitor and audit the work of virtual assistants handling QuickBooks; maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.


- Strategic Reporting: Craft weekly and daily financial reports that are digestible by non-financial executives, ensuring all data is clear and actionable.


- Accounts Receivable Management: Confirm and match all accounts receivable and transactional entries daily to maintain seamless financial operations.


- Financial Forecasting: Engage in budget forecasting, contributing to business strategy with precise financial insights and forecasts.


- Operational Finance Management: Oversee basic finance manager responsibilities including fund allocation, new account setups, and continuous liaison with attorneys and tax teams.


- Strategic Collaboration: Play a crucial role in shaping business strategies, setting budgetary targets, and aligning ROI with marketing and sales efforts.


- Banking and Problem Resolution: Daily interactions with major banks such as Chase to resolve issues, manage blocked cards, and ensure smooth financial operations.


- Profit & Loss Management: Take charge of all financial aspects for our sub-brands, managing profit and loss statements, and end-of-month financial reports.


--- QUALIFICATIONS / NEEDS ---


- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


- Strong familiarity with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, and proficiency in managing financial databases and spreadsheets.


- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and deliver insights in a marketer-friendly format.


- Experience in creating and managing budgets, along with a deep understanding of financial forecasting.


- Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
