Job Description:

1. Client Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the upgrade process

- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and infrastructure

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

- Work with client to plan migration schedule


2. Project Planning:

- Create detailed project plans and schedules for Windows 11 upgrades

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Collaborate with clients to establish project timelines and milestones


3. Resource Management:

- Coordinate with internal teams to allocate appropriate resources for each project

- Liaise with technical staff to communicate project requirements and timelines

- Manage resource scheduling to ensure optimal utilization and project efficiency


4. Progress Tracking and Reporting:

- Implement and maintain a robust system for tracking project progress

- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders

- Identify and address any delays or issues that may impact project timelines


5. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all upgrades meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations

- Conduct post-upgrade evaluations to confirm successful implementation

- Gather and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement


6. Technical Coordination:

- Work with technical teams to understand the upgrade process and potential challenges

- Facilitate communication between clients and technical staff to resolve issues

- Stay informed about Windows 11 features and compatibility with medical devices


7. Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Develop and update standard operating procedures for the upgrade process

- Prepare reports for management on project status, challenges, and successes


Must Have Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in project management or service delivery roles

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working with healthcare organizations and medical devices preferred

- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and upgrade processes

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
