They are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join their esteemed team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of sophisticated real estate transactions, collaborating with a team of experience attorneys to provide strategic counsel their clients.


📕Responsibilities

✔️Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and development agreements.

✔️Conducting due diligence and providing legal analysis and risk assessment for real estate transactions.

✔️Advising clients on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.

✔️Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions and achieve client objectives.


👓 Requirements

✔️Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

✔️Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing

✔️3+ Years of experience practicing real estate law, with focus on transactional matters

✔️Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
