What You'll Be Doing:

As an Attorney at Silva Injury Law, Inc., you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced managing attorney, gaining invaluable insights into the world of pre-litigation and litigation. Your responsibilities will include handling various pre-litigation and litigation matters, researching and drafting legal documents, and collaborating with a dynamic team to develop winning strategies for our clients.


What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed in California: You must be a licensed attorney in the State of California with a history of good standing with the State Bar to be eligible for this role.
  • Passion for Litigation: If you're excited about diving into challenging legal cases and thrive under pressure, you're the right fit
  • Strong Work Ethic: We value hard work and dedication, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
