Who we are looking for:  


The ideal candidate for the Sales Representative position is someone who meets the following criteria: 


Responsibilities: 


  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.  
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth. 
  • Deliver a positive customer experience using the AVO sales model while maximizing revenue.  
  • Penetrate new accounts across the Northeastern territory and execute team’s territory growth plan.  
  • Play a pivotal role in the launch and growth of AVO product and the company 
  • Lead and assist in account creation and management. 
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals.  
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. 


Requirements: 


  •  5-8+ year of experience selling education products to schools (preferably software products) 
  • Able to thrive in an early stage start up and can excel in unpredictable environments. 
  • Located in NYC and available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 
  • Experience working in a high-performance team and thrive in a fast-paced stimulating environment and a built-in sense of urgency.  
  • Coachable and open to receiving and acting on feedback to improve results  
  • Has strong drive for results and strives to be the top-selling and most knowledgeable sale rep. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product value to customers.  
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation to achieve sales targets.
