Job Title: Senior Salesforce Admin
Job Description:
- Translate user requirements into technical requirements.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Ensure the best possible quality of the application.
- Installing internal & external manage packages.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Resolve user support tickets. Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
- Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (Should be a confident self-starter).
- Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
- Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements before they deployed to production.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
- Both process and technically oriented, understanding business implications of technical choices.
- Produce Requirements and associated Design Documents for assigned application features/enhancements, as well as necessary production support materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform enhancements,features,and updates,and recommend changes to the system configuration to improve user experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Information Technology,or a related field
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a plus
