Job Title: Senior Salesforce Admin

Job Description:

  • Translate user requirements into technical requirements.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure the best possible quality of the application.
  • Installing internal & external manage packages.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Resolve user support tickets. Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
  • Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (Should be a confident self-starter).
  • Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
  • Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements before they deployed to production.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
  • Both process and technically oriented, understanding business implications of technical choices.
  • Produce Requirements and associated Design Documents for assigned application features/enhancements, as well as necessary production support materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform enhancements,features,and updates,and recommend changes to the system configuration to improve user experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Information Technology,or a related field
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a plus
