PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee database management by maintaining accurate lease records; Work closely with AR/collections and audit services as needed
  • Read lease documents in order to accurately interpret rent schedules, sales billings, and recoveries, etc
  • Research, analyze and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Analyze monthly rent rolls and explain month-over-month variances ensuring charges are accurate and per lease terms
  • Communicate as necessary with Property Manager and tenant pertaining to corrections, adjustments, legal issues, or other lease issues
  • Assist in budget process for assigned properties/portfolios


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years’ experience in lease administration or property management
  • 2+ years' experience in billing or account recons
