Summary:

  • Onsite at Costa Mesa Office

  • 5-7 Years Experience
  • Experience with Landlord/Tenant Litigation is highly Preferred
  • Experience with transactional Corporate and Real Estate is also Preferred


The Paralegal will be working with several partners, so the ability to handle different personalities working with:

  • 1 litigation partner primarily
  • 4 transactional partners on a lesser basis
  • 3 of those partners are real estate and corporate transaction attorneys
  • 1 is corporate estate planning.
  • The transactional partners do not offload a lot of work usually. Mostly form leases corporate filings and searches


Responsibility:

  • We do need someone that has litigation experience as well. Law and motion, unlawful detainer (preferred), calendaring, etc.
  • We are not so much a rigid hour requirement.
  • More that they are committed task oriented and organized
  • They need to be Committed, Task Oriented, Organized & willing to take on and learn new tasks
  • The current Paralegal has been with the law firm for 25 years and there will be an overlap for knowledge transfer.
