As a Supply Chain Specialist Engineer, you are a key part of the Supply Chain team that coordinates and analyzes the logistics of our product domestically and globally. This role utilizes a highly analytical thought process and a commitment to optimization and efficiency.



Responsibilities


  • Review MRP Purchasing & Exception reports weekly
  • Enter new purchase orders
  • Resolve issues with purchase orders
  • Monitor all open PO’s and update ship dates in inventory management software
  • Review all past due orders and resolve issues
  • Managing inventory at multiple distribution sites
  • Analyze settings to optimize inventory turnover
  • Analyzing and optimizing the logistics of our product globally
  • Create Manifests for assigned suppliers
  • Track product shipments and prepare for their arrival at our facilities
  • Collaborate with various Ebco teams on optimization of Global Distribution Facilities
  • Daily communication with suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our supplier base


Skills/Qualifications


  • Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Engineering or similar field
  • Detail oriented
  • Individual must be a problem solver and have great attention to detail
  • Ability to complete work tasks in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner
  • Strong understanding of Global Supply Chain, including ocean and air shipments
  • Thoughtful decision maker
  • Self-starter with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Mandarin or Thai language skills (written and spoken) are a plus
