onsite, DoD Secret cleared position located at Grissom, IN.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the computer networks and telecommunications systems.
  • Acquire, install, and maintain the local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN).
  • Presents to management recommendations related to purchase, installation, maintenance, and retirement of software, systems, and hardware that will maximize productivity while being cost effective.


Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity.
  • Knowledge of network technologies, including routing, switching, access control, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Cisco iOS.
  • Strong general technical and research skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot various network issues with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to draw up a network infrastructure with minimal supervision.
  • IAT II Security Plus Certification (Security Plus) Certification is required.
  • Cisco Certified Associate Level (e.g., CCNA) or Cisco Certified Professional Level (e.g., CCNP) highly desired.
  • On site support at Grissom, IN.


Security Clearance Required:

  • Active DoD Secret clearance


Travel Required:

  • Minimal, less than 10%
