Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper

Our client, the CEO & Chairman of a media company, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper to join their Greenwich, CT office This is an exciting opportunity to work in an extremely hands on role. In addition to Executive & Personal support, the ideal candidate is well – versed in bookkeeping as it is a large part of the role. If you have a no job too big or too small mindset, strong time management skills and superb communication skills, you are encouraged to apply
Onsite 5 days a week in Greenwich, CT
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Compensation DOE: $60 – 90k base range + disc bonus
Responsibilities
- Generate personal and professional monthly spend reports
- Assist in administrative tasks such as creating expense reports, answering phone calls, and addressing emails
- Work with other internal teams to ensure that the work environment is well kept and operations run seamlessly
- Draft and proof memos
- Manage multiple properties: working with caretakers, management companies, contractors, household staff
- Miscellaneous personal tasks as requested
Qualifications
- Professional experience supporting a high – level executive in personal & Administrative tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy experience with Quicken & QuickBooks is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Highly resourceful with great judgement
- Strong collaborative skills with a team-player mentality
