Your new role
Responsibilities:
- Select metrics to produce valid cost estimates.
- Review documents or consult experts to collect necessary data.
- Analyze data and produce forecasts.
- Perform risk analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties.
- Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects, etc.).
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–6 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
- Preform complex bids.
- Ability to lead a junior team of estimators.
What you'll get in return

Base salary of $140k-$160k based on experience.
