About the Company: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to lead our inside sales/customer support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Marine Industry with customer & sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for improving the customer experience. This role involves developing and implementing sales procedures, managing customer relationships, and driving the overall success of the sales team.


1.Team Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the team's skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance the customer experience journey.


2.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and develop strategic relationships with existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.


3.Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
