This individual will perform carpet cleaning services and assist with quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the company’s expectations. Clear communication with the Operations Supervisor will be vital to ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform carpet cleaning and related maintenance services according to company protocols and safety standards.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Assist in quality control checks for both in-house and subcontracted work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure the proper handling of equipment.
  • Document services provided, including any issues or follow-ups needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the Operations Supervisor regarding job progress and quality concerns.
  • Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure all company vehicles and tools are correctly maintained and serviced.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, moving equipment, and standing for long periods.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
