Pediatric Neurosurgery NP or PA
- Open to New Grads or all specialties of NP or PA experience
- Start date upon credentialing (~60 days) – 6-month contract with high likelihood of extending. (flexible)
- Schedule: the need is for day shifts with some night call mixed in. Monday-Friday, 6a-4p. 2-3 nights of call coverage per week 6p-6a-Onsite- will carry pager for floor calls.
- Types of Cases: Pre/Post Op rounds on surgical floor and ICU, No 1st Assist
- Daily Responsibilities: Morning rounds to become familiar w/ patients and manage the hand-offs from night-to-day service; pager volume is 10-15 during days & nights.
- Patient Volume: 10-15 pages during the day & night
- EMR: Cerner
- Requirements: CA license, Board Certification, DEA, BLS, PALS
- This is a W2 contract position. Employee benefits are available(Medical, 401k, paid sick leave)
