Regional Facilities Coordinator

The Regional Facilities Coordinator is responsible for assisting with troubleshooting, housekeeping and repairs on commercial buildings and grounds throughout the NH and VT area.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform carpentry tasks, minor plumbing tasks, "handy man" tasks, and/or light maintenance work (i.e., replace doors, hardware, trim, molding, snake drains, toilets, hoses as needed; pressure wash exterior furniture, remove small limbs from parking lots or surrounding areas of buildings, light snow removal, maintain lighting and bulbs, patch and paint small areas, paint entire office spaces and break rooms, work with customer and paint suppliers to match colors or replace color schemes, etc.)
  • Interact with customers daily letting them know what work is being completed and coordinate schedules for work to be completed.
  • Escort, manage, and coordinate with several different sub-contractors who perform various services ranging from landscaping, snow removal and janitorial services and ensure they are completing all the tasks necessary.
  • Work with our janitorial team on any special projects where they may need a hand.


Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 40-hours
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • Must be flexible and able to assist a customer in the evenings or weekends if needed. "On call" work is possible in case of inclement weather or customer requests.


Musts:

  • 4 years’ experience in carpentry/painting and/or building maintenance.
  • Ability to think outside of the box to help solve customer problems while onsite.
  • Responds immediately to customer service requests
  • Candidates will need to be familiar with New Hampshire and Vermont as we have many locations throughout both states.
  • Must have clean driving record as this position does include a company vehicle.
