As Senior Superintendent, you will lead on-site activities for commercial ground-up projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality execution. Your focus will be on successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee all site activities, schedule, resources, and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings and audits.
  • Quality Control: Ensure top quality throughout the project, conducting inspections and resolving issues.
  • Scheduling: Manage and adjust schedules proactively to ensure timely completion.
  • Budget Management: Track expenses and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Client Relations: Act as main contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, reports, and compliance records.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor on-site teams, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred; relevant certifications (OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
