Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product lines. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of high-impact product lines that are essential to Keebler Health’s success.
In this outcomes-focused role, you’ll lead empowered product teams, enabling them to solve the hardest problems faced by providers in value-based care environments. Your work will influence major business outcomes, and your contributions will be directly visible to leadership and high profile healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product discovery, definition, and positioning for core product lines with direct business impact, working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
- Own product outcomes by setting clear, measurable goals that align with Keebler Health’s strategic priorities and mission to drive value-based care.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to create innovative solutions, ensuring the product experience meets clinical and business needs.
- Conduct deep user research with customers regularly to identify key pain points, uncover opportunities, and validate concepts.
- Champion product discovery techniques to ensure each feature or product line is built to solve the right problems in the most effective way.
- Define and prioritize features based on a clear understanding of business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Drive continuous product improvement by analyzing user feedback, market trends, and product performance data to inform future iterations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of leading product and engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes and positively impact key business lines. (Be prepared to talk numbers and metrics in our interview)
- Deep understanding of outcome-based product management and a passion for solving complex, real-world problems through impactful solutions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for rallying teams around a shared vision and fostering a culture of ownership and empowerment.

- Experience learning new ecosystems and corporate landscapes rapidly.
- Experience working with data-driven platforms.
- Experience working with products in regulated industries.
- Experience working with lean and agile methodologies.
- Experience working as a software engineer.

Compensation
Base: $150-180k
