The Commissions Analyst will provide daily support to the firm’s billing process, maintaining accurate customer and advisory records.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible to set up, implement and maintain account information and commission arrangements in Company’s Systems.
  • Provide “on the ground” support to Independent Advisors in a timely manner for all their Commissions and Billing related questions. This includes helping with system access, generating reports on commission amounts, reviewing any special adjustment to commission schedules.
  • Support the daily, monthly, quarterly review of the billing process from inception to termination using Xtiva (in house commission system), Pershing NetX360 and or Addepar/ORION.
  • Update default fee base in Pershing NetX360 and or Addepar/ORION.
  • Generate, update, and submit invoices in accordance with customer contracts and company policies and procedures.
  • Upload files or letters of authorization to charge accounts on brokers dealers/custodians.
  • Reconcile information with accounting as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Serve as back up within the commissions and billing team on the following: Preserve the attributes on Addepar/ORION and maintain customer database.


JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of two (2) years of industry-related experience.
  • Experience in an Advisory platform, preferably in a multi custodian model.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Tools, primarily Excel and Power BI.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Experience using NetX360 and Addepar, preferred.
