Position Overview


This is a full-time on-site Management Trainee position. As a trainee, you will participate in activities such as project execution, brand promotion, and team collaboration. This role offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop crucial management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to uncover and pursue new business opportunities. Set clear goals, outline actionable steps, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients at private site events throughout Horry County.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide feedback on campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets. Identify leads, present products or services, highlight key features, close deals, and report progress to senior management, noting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Manage various projects from initiation to completion. Set timelines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
