Bode Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Marketing Manager.

Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of online marketing tools and event planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leveraging online channels and organizing successful events to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support company goals, with a focus on leveraging online tools and platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Plan and execute a calendar of events, including conferences, webinars, and customer events, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and promotion, to ensure successful execution and positive attendee experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations and product development to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and event planning, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to drive engagement and growth.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve key performance indicators and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, online tools, and event planning.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and organizing impactful events that drive measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and web analytics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
