Qualifications

  • Degree in Paint Engineering, Chemistry, Plastics Technology, or Certification in Paint Technology or Master Craftsman with experience in the area of industrial painting
  • 10+ years of professional and management experience in the area of plastics painting systems
  • Plastics and painting technology
  • Production methods (for example, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Quality Management
  • Management techniques
  • Personnel management, personnel planning and development
  • Order control
  • Costs/Action control
  • English

Role Description

  • Ensuring supplies to the internal customers while complying with the due date and quality requirements
  • Controlling and managing the painting
  • Determining cost calculation data
  • Implementation and monitoring of the given goals
  • Enforcement of the quality management
  • Ensuring the implementation of new projects
  • Optimization of the production sequences and production processes with reference to high product quality and increasing the quantity accuracy
