Qualifications
- Degree in Paint Engineering, Chemistry, Plastics Technology, or Certification in Paint Technology or Master Craftsman with experience in the area of industrial painting
- 10+ years of professional and management experience in the area of plastics painting systems
- Plastics and painting technology
- Production methods (for example, Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping)
- Quality Management
- Management techniques
- Personnel management, personnel planning and development
- Order control
- Costs/Action control
- English
Role Description
- Ensuring supplies to the internal customers while complying with the due date and quality requirements
- Controlling and managing the painting
- Determining cost calculation data
- Implementation and monitoring of the given goals
- Enforcement of the quality management
- Ensuring the implementation of new projects
- Optimization of the production sequences and production processes with reference to high product quality and increasing the quantity accuracy
