We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Data Cloud Lead (DTC) who will be in charge of the strategy for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our data management within DTC, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of our customer data across all touchpoints. You will play a pivotal role in driving business value by transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of our Data Cloud strategy.
- Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and other departments to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop and implement data governance processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulations.
- Configure and maintain Data Cloud objects, fields, and data flows.
- Champion data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment.
- Build and manage integrations between Data Cloud and other CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to visualize key customer data metrics and trends.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Salesforce Data Cloud and related technologies.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices for data management and utilization.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience working with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). Strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud (DTC) for the last 2 years.
- Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, and data modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of Data Cloud objects, fields, data flows, and security protocols.
- Experience with building and managing integrations between DTC and other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) as well as external platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- Proficiency in building and delivering reports and dashboards using DTC data to visualize key customer data metrics and trends.
- Experience leveraging Data Cloud for lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation.

- Duration: 3-6 months contract
- Type of contract: contractor (C2C or w2 hourly)
- Location: Remote, occasional traveling to Dallas, TX might be required
- Timezone: Central time
