OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

for a

Dallas, Texas

based organization - this role is a

hybrid position

and you must be local to the area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven marketing and a solid foundation in Salesforce's marketing cloud solutions. You will play a pivotal role in managing our Salesforce marketing cloud platform and utilizing your cross-functional skills to enhance our marketing strategies through data analysis, segmentation, and tailored communication initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities including Journey Builder and Email Studio

Handle data management tasks ensuring a robust and clean data well.

Develop and execute complex SQL queries to segment and target audiences effectively.

Craft responsive email templates using HTML and CSS, adhering to best practices in design and deliverability.

Coordinate email campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis, including A/B testing and reporting on results.

Collaborate across various departments to support marketing goals and enhance user experience.

Proactively identify and solve complex problems that arise in the execution of marketing campaigns.

Bring a strong web and data analysis skill set to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in digital marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Proficient in SQL and familiarity with database concepts.

Experience with HTML and CSS for creating and editing responsive emails.

Strong understanding of marketing best practices, particularly in email marketing.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex projects.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
