The Print Production Manager is an essential part of the company team. The Print Production Manager will play a vital role in packaging production, deployment of swag and marketing materials, and asset creation. They will also maintain digital assets ensuring our retail partners have all the product information and imagery they need. The Print Production Manager should have strong communication and project management skills, taking ownership of the varying needs of the print room to ensure consistent execution of packaging and print materials. They should have a working knowledge of design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. And most importantly, a positive perspective.


Responsibilities:

• Manage in-house printing and act as print room backup, leading print execution when the Print Production Assistant is not on-site.

• Review packaging for compliance with state regulations.

• Responsible for creating and organizing all digital menu assets including product photos and descriptions on our Partner Portal.

• Manage product listings on all retailer. coms and cannabis discovery sites, such as Weedmaps, Treez, and Leafly.

• Manage swag inventory and fulfillment in partnership with the sales and brand ambassador functions.

• Track shipments and communicate with cross-functional teams on the status of various projects.


About You:

• You are a Team Player. No task is too big or too small. You are happy to jump in, take on new challenges, and ask for additional responsibilities.

• You know how to prioritize your time. In a fast-moving industry like cannabis, you need to be able quickly to assess what the most important activities are and execute them.

• You have a growth mindset. This role will work on a wide variety of projects and campaigns at a quickly growing cannabis company. You have the opportunity to grow your skills and grow your role in the company.

• You are organized and self-motivated. There will be busy times and slow times, to be successful you will need to plan ahead and maximize your time. Tracking and communicating project status will be essential to your success.

• Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite.

• Cannabis experience preferred, but not required.


Who you’ll work with:

• Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will work with compliance teams to

ensure the accuracy of packaging for multiple markets.

• This role will work collaboratively across a variety of functions: Brand Marketing, Sales Leadership, Fulfillment Manager, and Brand Ambassadors to ensure the deployment of

marketing assets across multiple states.
