Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Duration: 6 Months (looking to bring on perm)

Salary range: $20-23/hour



Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience as a service desk technician resolving tier 1 tickets over the phone and managing escalations through service now.

- Experience troubleshooting windows systems including password resets through active directory, SSO support, etc.

- Experience with technical support for Dell Hardware both laptops and monitors.

Provides first level Technology and Data Innovation support for all end-users via telephone, email or chat. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and voice/data communication systems issues. Escalates calls when appropriate. Writes concise, informative service tickets. Follows up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursues issues through to resolution. Requires experience using ticketing writing technical support reports and documentation. Must possess broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks.
