Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Collections Specialist role involves managing past-due accounts, handling manual invoicing, and providing customer service.

  • Manage collections for accounts ranging from 1-30 days past due to 31+ days past due
  • Handle manual invoicing as necessary
  • Responsibilities include customer service, account monitoring, and dispute resolution


Here’s what you’ll have:

  • 1 year of collections/customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
