We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager / Operations Manager / Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our service operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and meet time expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define service requirements and prioritize tasks
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to ensure KPIs and time expectations are met
  • Work closely with service teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality service
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service success

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Experience

  • Proven experience in a service management or operations management role
  • Strong ability and track record in managing service operations and achieving KPIs
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Jira
  • Experience with developing and implementing service strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
