Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Growth Manager as part of our Sales Team. The position will have the ability to drive, support and balance growth with a focus on CPG packaging converters and printers. Building strong relationships as an innovation- and business partner to strategically develop value for these customers is a crucial part of CTI’s business. The Account Growth Manager will have excellent new revenue potential with some of the largest CPG packaging converters and printers in the industry with the ability to use strategic account management skills to develop new opportunities and enable these customers with a unique and profitable technology-driven growth path with their brand customer portfolio.


Qualifications

  • Develop new business and revenue opportunities by extending existing business partnerships with CPG packaging printers & converters. Proactively calling and scheduling discovery calls to present CTI Technologies.
  • Develop and implement annual strategic plans that build existing account business, targeting their wider portfolio and target market segments/end customers with the goal of sustaining a pipeline of profitable orders and sales growth while managing end to end gross contribution.
  • Partner with customers to leverage business insights that boost relationships and build a growing environment for business economics.
  • Identify and qualify for new opportunities to ensure that we are working on the right projects that align with our technology and capabilities, while providing accurate forecasts of future growth for planning purposes.
  • Report progress against forecasts, budgets, targets, and action plans using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and use Sales Navigator tool within Linked In for lead sourcing.
  • Manage customer opportunities with the ability to dissect customers' aspirations and understand business potential. Drawing on a background in CPG packaging and sales background to guide customers to successful outcomes. Use a defined discovery process to understand the specific opportunities along with capturing business information of the companies as a potential business for CTI.
  • Build and sustain a network of customer upper management decision making personas with printers and converters to leverage solutions through understanding of customer needs and aligning Customer Value propositions.
  • Manage revenue opportunities with Customer Relationship Management processes to ensure proactively managing the direction of the projects. Account management of printers and converters to ensure consistency in effective & efficient solution selling, including data-driven progress controlling and reporting.

Experience

  • Good decision making, knowing when to leverage additional resources to move deals past obstacles.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in commercial sales and experience including key account or large customer management experience of large complex, global or multi-regional accounts.
  • Previous experience and training in account value selling, or consultative selling.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Successful track record in strategic business development and partner relationship growth
  • Presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to travel, greater than 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, adept at identifying growth opportunities and developing effective strategies.
  • Create task specific timelines & systems for workflow, setting priorities and standards for optimal and efficient workflow.
  • Provide weekly updates to team on progress toward meeting the proposed timeline and secure understanding of timeline for remaining deliverables.
