Our Challenge:

As a UI Developer with Adobe Analytics, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces, web applications, and interactive components with a strong emphasis on Adobe Analytics integration and data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and marketing teams to understand user behavior and business requirements, and to translate these into effective UI designs and features.
  • Implement tracking requirements and event tagging using Adobe Analytics, ensuring the collection of relevant user interaction data for analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize JavaScript and related frameworks to build interactive and responsive UI components, and to integrate Adobe Analytics tracking code for data capture and analysis.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and derive actionable insights from Adobe Analytics data.
  • Optimize UI/UX design and development based on Adobe Analytics insights, A/B testing results, and user feedback to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure the adherence to best practices for web analytics implementation, data governance, and data privacy regulations within Adobe Analytics.


Requirements:

You are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in UI development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and its associated libraries and frameworks.
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation, event tracking, and data layer setup for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for building interactive and dynamic user interfaces, and experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles, with a focus on creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, data visualization, and the ability to derive actionable insights from Adobe Analytics data.
  • Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision-making to enhance user experiences and achieve business goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to address complex UI development challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
