LOD/ Consilio is currently seeking talent for a contract position - Pharma & Privacy Contract Review Specialist. Job Details: -Full-Time (40hrs/ week)-Pay Rate: Negotiable-Location: Hybrid (2 days a week 1st month, then 1-3 times a month after that)-Duration: Till end of year, potentially longerRequirements: -Located in NY, NJ or PA areas-Admitted to NY, NJ or PA bar and in good standingJob Duties: -Review of pharma and privacy contracts-Review master agreements from vendors and give/receive feedback from internal parties-Review contracts for patient safety, privacy, and compliance-Enter contracts into Coupa system (willing to train on system use) -Can work own hours during the dayLOD/ Consilio offers non-attorney flexible talent placement rates that range from $40 to $200 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, the candidate’s general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
