  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery, ensuring the efficient and timely movement of merchandise.
  • Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and ensuring product availability.
  • Logistics Optimization: Optimize logistics flows, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, operationalize, and optimize business processes, KPIs, and operational reporting to track and improve supply chain performance.
  • Risk Management: Proactively mitigate risks, align resources, and drive continuous improvement to achieve key business priorities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the operational budget and ensure the business grows ahead of market disruptions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, implementing formalized processes across all areas.


Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in supply chain management and planning within the retail, apparel, and/or merchandise industry.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and logistics management platforms. • Preferred existing relationships with relevant suppliers and manufacturers and retail brand start-up experience.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Current US passport holder or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
