SAP MM / WM Functional Analyst

100% Remote

W2 Contract - 1 year contract, potential to convert.

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the Pharmaceutical Distribution industry, is seeking a SAP S/4 HANA MM / WM Functional Analyst to join their team. As the SAP S/4 HANA MM and WM Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of S/4 HANA MM, WM, and SD processes. Leveraging standard integration solutions within S/4 HANA, you will collaborate closely with business functions, stakeholders, and IT to deliver strategic initiatives that drive business value.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for S/4 HANA MM, WM, and SD modules, supporting business process enablement.
• Configure SAP MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules based on business requirements. Implement solutions that align with industry best practices and SAP standards.
• Analyze and map business processes related to procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Identify gaps and propose SAP-based solutions to optimize processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM and WM modules with other SAP modules (SAP-ATTP) and external systems. Configure interfaces and data flows to support end-to-end business processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM and WM functionalities. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop test scripts, conduct system testing (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing), and validate SAP MM and WM configurations against business requirements.

Preferred Education, Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in developing and configuring SAP solutions, with at least 4 years in MM/WM/SD as a S/4 HANA Functional Lead/Analyst.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation of S/4 HANA (from requirements gathering to go-live support).
• Experience with RF screens and their integration with WM.
• Proficiency in Business Process Design and Analysis within the Supply Chain domain.
• Familiarity with Release Management and Change Management processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Fiori applications for S/4 SRM and EWM and MM.
