Job Overview:

In this role, you will assist customers by providing product information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding experience. If you are enthusiastic about customer service and have strong communication skills, we want to speak with you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide detailed information about products and systems, product selection, price quotes, basic returns, special pricing and status updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve technical or order-related issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
  • Occasional overtime evenings or weekends, though this is not often and not guaranteed.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $20-$25, based on experience.
  • Overtime pay for additional hours worked.

Qualifications:

  • Order entry and order management experience within a manufacturing organization
  • 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with web-based service and/or e-Commerce tools and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with supply chain processes
  • Freight and logistics experience a plus
