Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide detailed information about products and systems, product selection, price quotes, basic returns, special pricing and status updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve technical or order-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
- Occasional overtime evenings or weekends, though this is not often and not guaranteed.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20-$25, based on experience.
- Overtime pay for additional hours worked.
Qualifications:
- Order entry and order management experience within a manufacturing organization
- 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with web-based service and/or e-Commerce tools and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with supply chain processes
- Freight and logistics experience a plus
