At Muse Tax Inc., we are committed to transforming the financial and tax insight market. We seek a Senior Product Manager to focus on crafting seamless end-to-end journeys that simplify and enhance our core products


Role Overview You will take charge of the strategic direction, development, and continuous refinement of our flagship products. From user onboarding to payment processes, your role involves comprehensive management of critical workflows, ensuring a smooth, personalized, and trustworthy experience for all taxpayers.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and Innovate: Spearhead the development of our flagship products, aiming to improve the financial lives of millions.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Drive product development from ideation through launch, focusing on user-centric strategies to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • User Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, utilizing insights from customer research, interviews, and data to tailor the product experience.
  • Strategic Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication across the organization, ensuring all teams are aligned with the product vision and strategy.
  • Strategic Execution: Craft and implement a long-term product strategy in collaboration with the broader development team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven track record of developing consumer-facing digital products that generate user delight and engagement.
  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly understand new and complex domains.
  • Strong execution skills and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B and B2B2C embedded applications.
  • Expertise in tax planning, advisory, or related fields.
