TruHome Exteriors Inc. is an established company serving southern Maryland . We provide exterior home remodeling services such as Roof replacement, windows, gutters , and siding. We have successfully been in business for 9 years. Our sister company, TruHome Builders Inc. has been in business for 30 years. Our main focus is the exterior home improvement but we still are building custom homes. We are a quality concious organization, eager to do what is right and to the best of our abilities. Role Description


This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager at TruHome Exteriors Inc. located in Leonardtown, MD.( remote working is not an option). The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining office communication, assisting executives, and performing general clerical tasks. Ideal candidate would have office manager experience in the construction industry with a strong background in SOP’s, business development, and business management.


Qualifications


  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Business operations experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Clerical skills and attention to detail
  • Construction office experience is a plus
  • Insurance restoration experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
